About ICCRC

Heather Nally is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council.

On June 30, 2011, the ICCRC became the new regulatory body for Canadian immigration consultants.  Appointed by the Government of Canada, the ICCRC replaced the previous regulator, CSIC.  Its mandate includes ensuring its members have met all the criteria required to become a RCIC, routinely conducting audits of its members, and having a strict complaints and discipline process.

Members of the ICCRC are accountable, have the necessary qualifications, and abide by a strict Code of Conduct.  If you choose to hire someone that is not a member of the ICCRC, you risk having your application handled incompetently, unethically, and without accountability.  You will not have to face those risks with Nally Immigration Services.
